Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Tarot By Hamsa, we strive to offer quality spiritual services and products. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all bookings and purchases. Please read the following refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Tarot Readings and Astrological Consultations

• Once a tarot or astrological session is booked and completed, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
• Missed or late appointments are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Once a tarot reading session is booked and conducted, the client acknowledges that the service has been rendered.,the client acknowledges that the service has been rendered.

2. Reiki Healing Sessions

• Reiki healing is an energetic process with varying results. As such, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend your session, you must request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Crystals, Yantras and Spiritual Products (Physical Products)

• Due to the sacred and energetic nature of our spiritual products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, energy compatibility, or personal preference.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. A replacement may be provided at our discretion.

4. Cancellations by Tarot By Hamsa

• In the rare event that we need to cancel a session or order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
  ✅ A full refund, OR
  ✅ The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Refund Processing Time

• If a refund is approved in exceptional cases (e.g., service unavailability), it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
