Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Tarot By Hamsa, we strive to offer quality spiritual services and products. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all bookings and purchases. Please read the following refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Tarot Readings and Astrological Consultations

  • Once a tarot or astrological session is booked and completed, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
  • Missed or late appointments are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Once a tarot reading session is booked and conducted, the client acknowledges that the service has been rendered.

2. Reiki Healing Sessions

  • Reiki healing is an energetic process with varying results. As such, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend your session, you must request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Crystals, Yantras and Spiritual Products (Physical Products)

  • Due to the sacred and energetic nature of our spiritual products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, energy compatibility, or personal preference.
  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. A replacement may be provided at our discretion.

4. Online Tarot Courses

  • All course purchases are final and strictly non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Access is considered granted the moment the student logs into the course dashboard or views any portion of the course content after enrollment, whichever occurs first.
  • Each course enrollment includes six (6) months of access from the date of purchase. No refunds, extensions, or credits will be provided for unused access time, incomplete courses, or change of mind.
  • Account sharing, unauthorized content distribution, or any violation of our Terms and Conditions will result in immediate termination of course access without refund.
  • Students are strongly encouraged to review the course description, curriculum overview, and any preview materials before purchasing.
  • In the event of a technical issue preventing course access for an extended period, Tarot By Hamsa will work to restore access or, at our sole discretion, offer a reasonable extension to the access window. Refunds will not be issued for short-term or intermittent technical disruptions.

5. Cancellations by Tarot By Hamsa

In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, order, or course offering due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR
  • The option to reschedule or receive equivalent access at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved in exceptional cases (such as service unavailability or duplicate payment), it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method. Any payment gateway charges or transaction fees deducted at the time of payment may not be refundable.
