  4. Online tarot courses delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS)

These services are intended to provide spiritual guidance, self-awareness, energy balancing, and tarot education.

3. Nature of Service & Disclaimer

Our services are based on astrology, tarot readings, Reiki healing, intuitive insights, and educational instruction in tarot practice. However, they are not a substitute for professional services in the following fields:

  • Medical or mental health care: Consult a licensed doctor or therapist.
  • Financial or investment decisions: Seek advice from a certified financial expert.
  • Legal matters: Consult a qualified attorney.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services. All guidance is subjective and interpretive and should be used at the client’s discretion.

Our online tarot courses are educational in nature. Completion does not constitute a professional license, certification by any governing body, or formal accreditation. The certificate issued upon completion is a certificate of completion only and acknowledges that the student has finished the course material.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of booking, purchase, or course enrollment.
  • Pricing details are available on our website and subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and UPI via Razorpay.
  • Course access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Online Tarot Course Terms

a. Course Access Duration

Upon successful enrollment, students receive access to the purchased course for a period of six (6) months from the date of enrollment. After this period, access to course materials, lessons, and student dashboard features will expire automatically.

b. Account & Login Credentials

Students must create an account to access course content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account, password, or course access with any third party is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

c. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, written content, worksheets, illustrations, audio recordings, downloadable resources, and the certificate template, are the exclusive intellectual property of Tarot By Hamsa. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license to access this content for the duration of their enrollment period.

Students may not:

  • Download, record, screenshot, or reproduce course materials beyond what is expressly permitted within the platform.
  • Share, distribute, resell, republish, or upload course materials to any other platform.
  • Use course content to create derivative works, competing courses, or teaching materials.
  • Share account access with non-enrolled individuals.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

d. Certificate of Completion

Students who complete all required course modules, assessments, and activities within the six-month access window are eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate confirms participation and completion only. It is not a professional license, government-recognized qualification, or accreditation from any external certifying body. Certificates are issued at the discretion of Tarot By Hamsa upon verification of course completion.

e. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access course content. Tarot By Hamsa is not liable for any inability to access course materials due to issues on the student’s end.

6. No Refund Policy

a. Tarot Readings & Astrological Consultations

Once a reading or consultation has been provided, it cannot be refunded or redone free of charge.

b. Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki healing is an energetic process, and results may vary from person to person. Once a Reiki session has been booked and conducted, it is non-refundable.

c. Crystals & Yantras (Physical Products)

All sales of crystals, yantras, and spiritual tools are final due to their sacred and energetic nature. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

d. Online Tarot Courses

All course purchases are final and strictly non-refundable once access has been granted. Access is considered granted the moment the student logs into the course dashboard or views any portion of the course content after enrollment, whichever occurs first. No partial refunds will be issued for unused access time, incomplete courses, or change of mind. Students are encouraged to review the course description, curriculum, and preview materials carefully before purchasing.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and truthful information for their readings, bookings, and course enrollment.
  • Tarot By Hamsa is not liable for any misinterpretations or incorrect outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
  • Clients and students must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
  • Students must engage with course content respectfully and follow any community guidelines posted within the LMS.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Sharing, publishing, or distributing session content without explicit consent.
  • Recording or reproducing readings or healing sessions is strictly prohibited.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or defamatory behavior toward our practitioners, instructors, or fellow students.
  • Sharing course login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals.
  • Attempting to bypass, hack, or interfere with the LMS platform, payment systems, or website security.
  • Using course content for commercial purposes, including teaching, reselling, or creating derivative works.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tarot By Hamsa shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to course content, technical failures, loss of access, or interpretation of materials.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

11. Changes to Terms
